Job Description

As the Marine Site Manager, you will oversee all operations at marine construction sites, ensuring that projects are safely completed on time and within budget. Your leadership will be instrumental in managing personnel and liaising with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily site activities and ensure smooth operations.
  • Lead site meetings and keep project teams informed.
  • Enforce strict safety measures and conduct regular safety audits.
  • Manage subcontractors and ensure quality control.
  • Review and approve project documentation and compliance.
  • Liaise with project managers on timelines and budgets.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Foster a positive team environment by mentoring site personnel.
  • Ensure equipment and material availability for ongoing projects.
  • Prepare reports on project progress and challenges.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Master's degree in Construction Management preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marine construction or a related field.
