Responsibilities

• Prepare worksites by covering floors and furniture with protective materials.
• Ensure that all insulation is evenly distributed and properly installed.
• Clean up work areas after completing jobs to maintain site hygiene.
• Follow detailed safety procedures and guidelines consistently.
• Maintain tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working order.
• Participate in training sessions and meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Report any issues or safety hazards to the Installation Manager promptly.

Requirements

Education

• Completion of a relevant trade qualification or apprenticeship

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in wall insulation spraying or a related field

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of insulation materials
• Spray equipment operation

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail
• Communication skills

Certifications

• Valid driver’s license
• White Card (Construction Induction Card)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with insulation removal and disposal: Relevant experience in safely removing and disposing of insulation materials.
• Knowledge of air sealing and ventilation systems: Understanding of air sealing techniques and ventilation for energy efficiency.
