As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and managing budgets and timelines effectively.
Responsibilities
Lead and mentor construction teams to achieve project goals.
Prepare and monitor project budgets, forecasting expenditures.
Review plans and drawings and ensure all work is executed according to specifications.
Develop and implement project schedules.
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
Liaise with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals.
Ensure all materials and equipment are onsite as scheduled.
Keep detailed records of project progress and expenses.
Oversee safety training and compliance on site.
Conduct final inspections before project handover.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management
Master's degree is a plus

At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry
