Job Description

As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and managing budgets and timelines effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor construction teams to achieve project goals.
  • Prepare and monitor project budgets, forecasting expenditures.
  • Review plans and drawings and ensure all work is executed according to specifications.
  • Develop and implement project schedules.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Liaise with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals.
  • Ensure all materials and equipment are onsite as scheduled.
  • Keep detailed records of project progress and expenses.
  • Oversee safety training and compliance on site.
  • Conduct final inspections before project handover.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry
