Job Description

As a Cabinetmaker or Bench Carpenter, you will be tasked with building and installing framework and cabinetry for various structures. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be essential in ensuring that all projects meet both client expectations and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate project requirements and suggest best practices for construction.
• Monitor and maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Assist in mentoring apprentices and junior carpenters.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve workflow and efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with clients and project managers.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate IV in Building and Construction or similar qualifications

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in carpentry and construction projects.

Technical Skills

• Advanced Carpentry Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
