Job Description

As a Project Superintendent, you'll oversee all aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion, working closely with stakeholders and subcontractors. Your expertise in project management will ensure that deadlines, standards, and budgets are met whilst maintaining high-quality work.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of construction projects.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
  • Facilitate communication between project teams and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely procurement of materials and equipment for projects.
  • Evaluate project performance and suggest improvements.
  • Manage budgets and resources efficiently while minimizing costs.
  • Drive the implementation of new construction technologies and methodologies.
  • Foster a culture of safety and collaboration among project teams.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation and records.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 7+ years leading large-scale construction projects
