We are seeking a skilled Spray Foam Applicator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in applying spray foam insulation in various residential and commercial settings. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and an understanding of insulation materials and safety protocols. Successful applicants will be responsible for ensuring high-quality insulation outcomes, maintaining equipment, and adhering to project timelines.

Responsibilities

• Execute professional-grade application of spray foam insulation.
• Conduct surface preparation, including repair and cleaning, before application.
• Ensure compliance with safety measures during the application process.
• Review and inspect the foam application for quality and make repairs as necessary.
• Keep all equipment in good working order and maintain cleanliness in the workspace.
• Assist in the training of apprentice spray foam applicators.
• Work closely with project managers to meet project goals.
• Stay informed about new technologies and methods in foam insulation.
• Effectively manage time and resources to meet project deadlines.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their concerns and questions.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in spray foam insulation is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in spray foam application

Certifications
