Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Beam Warper to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will operate and maintain a beam warping machine, producing high-quality warp beams for the weaving process. This role demands precision and attention to detail, making it crucial for our production line.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operation of beam warping machines while maintaining quality control.
• Identify and rectify any issues with the production process.
• Conduct performance checks and adjust machine parameters as necessary.
• Ensure all safety protocols are strictly adhered to.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and challenges.
• Assist in the troubleshooting of technical issues.
• Maintain an effective communication flow with the production team.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate in Textile Manufacturing or related field preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in textile manufacturing or machine operation.

Technical Skills

• Familiarity with production software
• Hands-on technical skills
