Job Description

Join us as a Kiln Burner and play a key role in ensuring the effective operation of kiln equipment. You will focus on monitoring temperatures and making adjustments to maintain efficiency in our manufacturing process.

Responsibilities

• Adjust kiln burner settings in reaction to changes in production demands.
• Maintain cleanliness in the kiln area and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
• Assist in inventory management for kiln supplies and materials.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance kiln operations.
• Foster a team-oriented environment focused on achieving production goals.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical or vocational qualification in a relevant field is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years working with industrial kiln equipment is preferred.
