Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Pill Coater to join our pharmaceutical company. The successful candidate will be responsible for coating pills with a variety of substances to improve their appearance, taste, and stability.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment malfunctions.
• Coordinate with the QA team for regular audits.
• Help in the training of new team members on operational protocols.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant experience in automated coating equipment

Experience

• 3+ years working directly with controlled substances

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of coating techniques for specific drugs

Advantageous

• Experience working with controlled substances: Demonstrated knowledge in handling and processing controlled materials.
• Experience with automated coating equipment: Background in operating advanced machinery for pill coating.
