Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Underwriter to join our team. You will evaluate complex risks, liaise with brokers and clients, and provide guidance to junior underwriters. Your expertise will be critical in shaping our underwriting strategies.

Responsibilities

• Assess client's insurance needs and recommend appropriate policies.
• Prepare reports detailing risk assessments and coverage recommendations.
• Monitor and review ongoing accounts and policies.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of insurance products and regulatory updates.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Advanced certifications in risk management are advantageous

Experience

• 5-7 years of proven underwriting experience
