Job Description
As a Billing and Posting Clerk (Check Totaler), you will play a crucial role in our finance department by maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance, and addressing any financial discrepancies through thorough investigations.
Responsibilities
Check the accuracy of mathematical calculations on financial documents.
Investigate any discrepancies or errors and report them.
Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to maintain accurate records.
Assist with financial audits and compliance checks.
Support the Finance Manager with detailed reporting.
Document all financial transactions meticulously.
Establish and implement processes to streamline financial operations.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
Certifications in bookkeeping or accounting are preferred
Experience
2-4 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis
