Institutional Custodian

Job Description

As an Institutional Custodian, you will oversee and manage the custody of client assets for prominent financial institutions such as banks and pension funds. The role requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to navigate complex financial instruments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough reconciliations of client accounts on a regular basis.
• Implement risk management practices to safeguard client assets.
• Coordinate with external custodians and service providers as needed.
• Prepare reports for regulatory bodies and ensure timely submissions.
• Support the team's efforts in achieving strategic departmental goals.
• Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay abreast of industry changes.
• Act as a point of contact for client inquiries and issue resolution.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
• Advanced qualifications (CFA, CPA, or CAIA) preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in custody or investment management sectors

Certifications

• CAIA (Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst)
• CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)

Languages
