Responsibilities

• Evaluate mortgage applications, considering creditworthiness and lending risks.
• Lead and mentor team members involved in mortgage processing.
• Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loan processing efficiency.
• Conduct training sessions on mortgage policies and lending processes for team members.
• Review internal controls related to mortgage lending operations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
• Master's in Business Administration is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in residential mortgage lending, including management responsibilities.

• Credit Risk Assessment

Certifications

• Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking

Languages

• English: Fluent
