We are seeking a Liability Analyst to be an integral part of our team. You will have a significant role in assessing and managing the company's liability portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in liability management, risk assessment, and insurance principles.

Job Responsibilities
  • Investigate and evaluate liability claims.
  • Liaise with clients, brokers, and underwriters to ensure proper coverage and claims resolution.
  • Develop and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor trends in claims data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Produce and present reports on liability performance metrics.
  • Engage with other departments to improve workflow and processes related to liability claims.
  • Stay informed about changes in regulations affecting liability and risk management.
  • Conduct training sessions on best practices in risk assessment.
  • Participate in industry conferences and seminars to network and enhance knowledge.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Insurance, or related field
  • Relevant certifications such as Certified Risk Manager or Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter are advantageous.
  • Risk Assessment Proficient in identifying and analyzing risks within an organization.
  • Data Analysis Advanced skills in analyzing claim data for trends and insights.
  • Microsoft Office Suite Expertise in using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
  • Risk Management Software Experience with specialized software for managing risk and claims.
  • Analytical Thinking Strong ability to analyze complex information and identify solutions.
  • Communication Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills for liaising with stakeholders.
  • Teamwork Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
  • Attention to Detail Meticulous attention to detail in analyzing data and preparing reports.
  • English (Fluent)
