Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join our expanding team in Sunshine Coast. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing financial data to provide insights that will drive strategic decisions and enhance financial performance. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, as well as proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting, and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analysing actual results with plans and forecasts.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial analysis to support managing decisions.
• Assist in developing financial policies and procedures.
• Perform financial modelling and scenario analysis.
• Support cross-functional teams in budget-related initiatives.
• Maintain and improve financial reporting tools and systems.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, or a similar field
• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) is an advantage

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in a finance-related role
