Our financial firm is looking for a Tax Consultant in Hobart to support our clients in managing their tax obligations. You will leverage your expertise in taxation to offer tailored solutions and assist clients in navigating the intricacies of tax regulations, ultimately fostering their financial success.

Responsibilities

• Engage in tax consulting for clients, analyzing their financial situations critically.
• Provide coaching and training to junior staff on tax matters.
• Prepare reports and documentation for stakeholders related to tax planning initiatives.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations to discuss tax strategies.
• Maintain strong ethical standards and client confidentiality in all transactions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
• Masters in Taxation or related field is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in taxation and financial advisory roles

Languages
