Job Description

We are currently seeking Claims Adjusters, Examiners, and Investigators to join our dedicated team in Melbourne. You'll play a pivotal role in assessing claims for property damage, ensuring fair and prompt compensation for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Examine and analyse claims for property damage.
  • Liaise with clients, adjusters, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide accurate valuations for claims processing.
  • Document all findings and prepare detailed reports.
  • Adhere to compliance standards and company policies.
  • Engage in analytical problem-solving for complex claims.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss cases and strategies.
  • Support the development of best practices in claims handling.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Postgraduate qualifications preferred
Experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in property or vehicle appraisals
Technical Skills
  • Knowledge of appraisal software
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Soft Skills

Certifications
  • Industry certifications such as CIA
Languages
  • English: Fluent
