Job Description
We are currently seeking Claims Adjusters, Examiners, and Investigators to join our dedicated team in Melbourne. You'll play a pivotal role in assessing claims for property damage, ensuring fair and prompt compensation for our clients.
Responsibilities
Examine and analyse claims for property damage.
Liaise with clients, adjusters, and other stakeholders.
Provide accurate valuations for claims processing.
Document all findings and prepare detailed reports.
Adhere to compliance standards and company policies.
Engage in analytical problem-solving for complex claims.
Participate in team meetings to discuss cases and strategies.
Support the development of best practices in claims handling.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Postgraduate qualifications preferred
Experience
At least 2 years of experience in property or vehicle appraisals
Technical Skills
Knowledge of appraisal software
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
