Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements in accordance with accounting principles.
• Monitor compliance with accounting practices and recommend changes.
• Coordinate with other departments for financial forecasting.
• Assist in year-end closings and reporting.
• Conduct audits and ensure accountability.
• Provide insights on cost control and profitability.
• Support budget development and variance reporting.
• Manage client invoicing and collections.
• Ensure timely reconciliation of bank statements.
• Assist in training junior accounting staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration
• Master's degree in Accounting is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role
