• Review and evaluate loan applications for accuracy and completeness.
• Analyze financial documents and assess applicant creditworthiness.
• Perform thorough site visits to confirm information provided.
• Engage with applicants to clarify information and address discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with lending regulations and institutional policies.
• Advise Loan Officers on loan approvals or rejections based on findings.
• Generate reports on loan decisions for the managing team.
• Keep meticulous records of loan applications and decisions.
• Meet all deadlines associated with loan processing.
• Engage in training and maintain up-to-date knowledge on lending practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field

Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in loan processing or credit assessment

Technical Skills

• Financial analysis software
• Loan management software

• Negotiation skills

Languages

• English: Fluent
