Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Court, Municipal, and License Clerk, where your role will be integral in managing property records and legal documentation. You will work collaboratively with various stakeholders to ensure all property transactions are processed smoothly and comply with legal requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date property records, including deeds, titles, and other legal documents.
  • Process and record property transactions, including transfers, leases, and sale agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to property ownership and transfer.
  • Respond to inquiries from clients, agents, and other stakeholders regarding property records and transactions.
  • Collaborate with other members of the property management team to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Assist in training new team members on property record management procedures.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of record-keeping improvements and technologies.
  • Conduct audits of property records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Monitor changes in relevant property laws and regulations and update practices accordingly.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
Experience
  • Experience in property management or real estate transactions may be advantageous
