Compliance Officer

Job Description

As a Compliance Officer in Geelong, you will play a key role in safeguarding our organisational integrity. Your expertise in compliance regulations and risk management will help us navigate the complex regulatory landscape. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance is embedded in all our processes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Conduct risk assessments and recommend improvements to compliance systems.
• Prepare compliance reports for management and regulatory bodies.
• Maintain up-to-date records of compliance activities and documentation.
• Serve as a point of contact for compliance-related inquiries and issues.
• Develop compliance training materials and conduct workshops.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field
• Master's degree or professional certification in compliance is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in compliance or regulatory affairs
