Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled Contracts Negotiator to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for managing contract negotiations, drafting and reviewing various agreements, and ensuring adherence to all legal requirements. The successful candidate will have excellent negotiation skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Engage in contract discussions with clients and partners to develop mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Review contracts for clarity, compliance, and risk exposure.
  • Support legal teams in all aspects of contract management.
  • Develop checklists and templates to streamline contract processes.
  • Educate internal teams on contract requirements and best practices.
  • Maintain a repository of standard contracts and negotiate terms as necessary.
  • Conduct audits of existing contracts to ensure compliance.
  • Represent the firm in contract disputes and provide resolutions.
  • Monitor contract milestones and notify stakeholders of any changes.
  • Contribute to training programs focused on contract management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
  • Additional legal certifications preferred
Experience
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience
