Job Description

As a Claims Adjuster, you'll delve into insurance claims, conducting thorough investigations into various incidents, including criminal behaviour, workplace incidents, and property damage. You'll play a pivotal role in the decision-making process regarding claims, ensuring fairness and accuracy in outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and evaluate insurance claims.
• Interview all necessary parties and gather relevant evidence.
• Draft and submit clear and concise investigative reports to stakeholders.
• Identify fraudulent activities and report findings accurately.
• Work closely with other investigators and team members to ensure thorough investigations.
• Support clients and stakeholders through regular updates and communication.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance investigative techniques.
• Utilise legal knowledge to maintain compliance during investigations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Certification in investigation techniques preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in insurance claims adjusting

Certifications

• Certified Insurance Investigator

Languages

• English: Fluent
