We are seeking an experienced Filtration Supervisor to lead and manage our production team. You will coordinate the operations of filtration processes, ensuring that quality standards and production targets are consistently met.
Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day filtration department operations.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Develop strategies for continuous improvement in production.
Assess and report on production performance metrics.
Support team cohesion through effective leadership.
Facilitate communication between production and management.
Address any operational issues promptly and effectively.
Document and report on operational processes and improvements.
Requirements
Education
Diploma in Chemical Engineering or relevant discipline
Additional certifications in process safety are beneficial
Experience
3-5 years managing operators in a manufacturing context
