Filtration Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Filtration Supervisor to lead and manage our production team. You will coordinate the operations of filtration processes, ensuring that quality standards and production targets are consistently met.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day filtration department operations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Develop strategies for continuous improvement in production.
• Assess and report on production performance metrics.
• Support team cohesion through effective leadership.
• Facilitate communication between production and management.
• Address any operational issues promptly and effectively.
• Document and report on operational processes and improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Chemical Engineering or relevant discipline
• Additional certifications in process safety are beneficial

Experience

• 3-5 years managing operators in a manufacturing context

• Process Management

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certification
• Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in ISO quality standards: Hands-on experience with ISO processes and audits.
• Knowledge of automation technologies: Understanding of automated filtration systems and their efficiencies.
