Responsibilities

  • Lead project teams through all stages of wind energy project development.
  • Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation and timelines.
  • Facilitate interdepartmental collaboration to achieve project goals.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.
  • Oversee quality assurance processes throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Represent the company in negotiations with external stakeholders.
  • Encourage and promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
  • Conduct training and development for project team members.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Renewable Energy, Environmental Studies, or similar
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • At least 10 years in project management, with a focus on renewable energy
