We are seeking a Napper Runner to join our vibrant team, dedicated to ensuring our customers have a peaceful napping experience. You will be responsible for delivering refreshments, assisting customers, and maintaining a serene atmosphere in our napping pods.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a seamless experience for customers from the moment they arrive.
• Monitor the napping environment to ensure all is running smoothly.
• Assist in the preparation of food and drink orders.
• Communicate effectively with all team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for improving service and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• No specific qualifications, but customer service training is a plus

Experience

• Exposure to hospitality or customer-facing roles is preferred.
