Job Description

As a Ticket Taker, you will play an integral role in ensuring guests have a seamless and enjoyable entry experience. Your responsibilities will include checking tickets, directing patrons to their seats, and providing information about the venue and upcoming events.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors warmly and collect admission fees.
• Distribute tickets and provide detailed information about attractions.
• Monitor entrance area for safety and security compliance.
• Coordinate group bookings and manage special event access.
• Keep accurate records relating to attendance and revenue.
• Assist in emergency crowd management when required.
• Ensure the ticketing area is presentable and welcoming.
• Support team members and collaborate effectively with the operations crew.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in a high-volume event venue is advantageous.
