Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Landscaping and Groundskeeping Workers to join our team in beautifying outdoor spaces. You will assist in the maintenance of golf courses, parks, and gardens, ensuring they are kept in pristine condition. As part of our dynamic team, you'll engage in lawn care, plant maintenance, and equipment operation, contributing to a welcoming environment for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Carry out mowing, trimming, and aeration of grass areas.
• Assist with planting and maintaining flower beds and shrubs.
• Support the installation and upkeep of irrigation systems.
• Help with seasonal landscaping projects and renovations.
• Ensure that all tools and equipment are regularly cleaned and maintained.
• Adhere strictly to workplace safety guidelines.
• Assist in the planning of landscape layouts.
• Maintain communication with the Groundskeeping Supervisor for project updates.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Familiarity with gardening or groundskeeping practices is a bonus.

• Experience with landscape design and installation: Hands-on experience with designing and installing landscapes.
