Responsibilities

• Monitor and control dyeing and bleaching processes while ensuring quality standards.
• Record and report production results and equipment issues to supervisors.
• Collaborate with support teams to resolve any production delays.
• Ensure the use of proper techniques in handling dyes and chemicals.
• Implement and adhere to safety and operational protocols.
• Oversee inventory levels of dyeing and bleaching materials.
• Participate in equipment maintenance programs to ensure machine reliability.
• Provide feedback on the performance of machinery and suggest improvements.
• Assist in preparing materials and chemicals for production runs.
• Train peers in best practices for machine operation and safety.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Textile Engineering or related field

Experience

• 5-7 years of experience in textile operations
