Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Bicycle Mechanics or related field preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in bicycle repair and maintenance.

Technical Skills

• Experience with Electric Bicycles
• Knowledge of Bicycle Parts

Soft Skills

• Customer Engagement
• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a strong advantage.
• Certifications in Bicycle Mechanics: Relevant certifications or qualifications in bicycle mechanics or a related field.
