Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Advertising Dispatch Clerks Supervisor to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of advertising materials. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of dispatch clerks and maintaining efficient workflow.

Responsibilities

• Operate fuel trucks and related equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations during refueling.
• Assist in training new team members on fueling procedures and safety protocols.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the refueling station.
• Communicate effectively with flight crews regarding fueling requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections on fueling equipment for safety compliance.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Certification in aviation fueling and experience with refueling large commercial aircraft are advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Basic understanding of fueling equipment
• Familiarity with fueling equipment interfaces

Soft Skills

• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Problem-solving skills

Certifications

• Certification in aviation fueling

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Previous role in aviation ground handling: Experience working on the tarmac of an airport.
• First Aid Certification: Certification that includes training in emergency response.
