Responsibilities

• Operate elevators efficiently to ensure timely transport of occupants.
• Monitor elevator systems and report any malfunctions immediately.
• Assist building occupants with special needs to ensure ease of access.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations at all times.
• Handle elevator emergencies with poise and follow appropriate emergency protocols.
• Guide elevator usage during peak times to enhance efficiency.
• Uphold a welcoming and professional attitude while assisting users.
• Keep detailed records of elevator operations and any incidents.
• Respond to user inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
• Carry out routine cleaning and upkeep tasks around elevator areas.

Requirements

Education
