Job Description

As a Business Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in selecting and preparing cues for various live events, including theatre productions and concerts. You will work closely with producers and sound engineers, ensuring all cues are perfectly timed and executed.

Responsibilities

• Communicate closely with the creative team to ensure alignment on audio cues.
• Maintain a database of music and sound effects for easy access.
• Conduct sound checks to guarantee optimal audio quality.
• Coordinate with external audio vendors and freelancers.
• Document cue changes and updates for future reference.
• Assist in the overall planning and logistics of sound setup for events.
• Explore new sound editing tools and technologies to enhance performance.
• Provide feedback to improve audio processes and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in music technology or related field preferred

Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in audio production preferred
