As a Painting, Coating, and Decorating Worker, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the visual appeal of mannequins for our retail partners. Your artistic flair will be essential in producing lifelike and engaging displays that captivate customers. You will work closely with visual merchandisers and designers, applying your skills in color theory and shading to create standout effects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare mannequins for painting by cleaning and priming them appropriately.
• Mix paint to create desired colors, mimicking real skin tones effectively.
• Apply various coatings for different finishes as required by projects.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure client specifications are met.
• Maintain effective communication with the production team to ensure timely work completion.
• Document processes and techniques for future reference and improvement.
• Assist in designing unique display setups with the merchandising team.

Experience

• Prior experience in painting, airbrushing, or artistic roles will be advantageous.
