Responsibilities

• Guide clients in resume writing, interview preparation, and job search techniques.
• Develop group programs that focus on enhancing employability skills.
• Provide training to clients on workplace expectations and professional conduct.
• Evaluate and report on client progress and program outcomes.
• Establish rapport with clients to build trust and encourage open communication.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in educational guidance or similar roles
