Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Clergy member to lead our congregation in spiritual growth and community service. The successful candidate will conduct religious ceremonies, offer counseling, and engage with our community.

Responsibilities

• Lead worship and coordinate church activities.
• Provide guidance based on scripture to individuals and families.
• Organize and lead retreats, conferences, and training sessions.
• Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all members.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow the congregation.
• Engage with church members on social media platforms.

Requirements

Education

• Theological degree or equivalent

Experience

• 5+ years of experience as a clergy member or similar role

Technical Skills

• Sermon preparation
• Crisis intervention

Soft Skills

• Team building
• Cultural sensitivity

Certifications

• Certification in Pastoral Care

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with online worship services: Familiarity with digital platforms for conducting virtual services.
• Knowledge of social media engagement: Ability to effectively use social media to connect with and grow the congregation.
