Pipe Fitter

Job Description

As a Pipe Fitter with Quality Pipe Solutions, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing pipes in diverse environments. You'll collaborate closely with welders, plumbers, and other tradespeople to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the training of apprentices and newer team members.
• Manage materials effectively to minimize waste and ensure availability.
• Work collaboratively with project managers and supervisors to track progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Participate in safety meetings and training sessions to ensure compliance.
• Complete all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements

Education

• Completion of an apprenticeship in pipe fitting or equivalent qualification
• Relevant trade certification is an asset

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in the construction industry, specifically in pipe fitting

Technical Skills

• Hydraulic systems
• Pneumatic systems

Soft Skills

• Time management

Certifications

• Advanced Welding Certification
• First Aid Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent
