Job Description

The Maintenance Worker will play a crucial role in ensuring the upkeep and functionality of all machinery within our facilities. Ideal candidates will have a hands-on approach to maintenance, with experience in troubleshooting and repairing various systems.

Responsibilities

• Utilize hand and power tools for maintenance tasks effectively.
• Implement building systems checks routinely to ensure optimal performance.
• Assist with emergency repairs as required, focusing on timely responses.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment to prevent hazards.
• Work closely with the engineering team to maintain building integrity.
• Participate in regular safety meetings and training sessions.
• Perform general tasks such as painting, carpentry, and landscaping.
• Assist with facility management as needed and perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

Education

• Trade Certificate in a relevant field, such as Plumbing or Electrical

Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in a similar role within a large organization

Certifications

• OHS White Card

Languages
