Responsibilities

• Prepare and load laundry into machines according to established guidelines.
• Sort out lost or misplaced items for customer identification.
• Operate various types of laundry equipment safely and adequately.
• Assist in training new staff on operational processes and safety protocols.
• Contribute to maintaining an efficient workflow within the laundry team.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout all tasks.
• Engage with customers to address inquiries or concerns about their laundry.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant vocational training is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in the laundry industry is preferred.

Languages

• English: Fluent
