Job Description

As a Control and Valve Installer, you will be instrumental in installing, testing, and maintaining metering equipment across various utility sectors. Your role will involve ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards while providing excellent technical support to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Install and verify the functionality of metering equipment in accordance with company standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of existing equipment.
• Ensure compliance with relevant safety protocols and regulations.
• Create and present reports on equipment performance to management.
• Provide exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries and technical issues efficiently.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss challenges and share best practices.
• Maintain inventory of tools and materials required for installations.
• Coordinate with other departments for seamless project execution.
• Help develop and implement training materials related to safety and compliance procedures.
• Engage in continuous professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant trade qualifications preferred

Experience

• Experience working in a utility services environment is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Familiarity with electrical safety standards
• Technical drawing interpretation

Soft Skills

Certifications

• Electrical License (if applicable)

Languages

• English: Fluent
