Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Segmental Paver to join our team. As an essential part of our paving crew, you will be responsible for operating machinery to lay and compact asphalt while ensuring safety and quality on the job site.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training new team members in safe operating procedures.
• Monitor environmental conditions to ensure quality of work.
• Contribute to a positive team culture and support colleagues.
• Provide feedback on equipment and operational improvements.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1+ year of experience in a related construction field preferred.

Technical Skills

• Asphalt knowledge

Certifications

• Asphalt Paving Certification

Advantageous

• Experience operating heavy machinery: Comfortable with various machinery used in paving.
