Job Description

As a Business Operations Specialist, you will play a vital role in developing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The role involves close collaboration with various stakeholders to define campaign objectives and manage the creative process from start to finish.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements.
  • Lead team brainstorming sessions to develop new campaign ideas.
  • Prepare regular reports on campaign outcomes for stakeholders.
  • Work closely with creative teams to ensure alignment with brand standards.
  • Facilitate training and development for junior staff.
  • Oversee budget management and allocation for campaigns.
  • Foster positive working relationships with internal teams and external partners.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Postgraduate qualifications in Marketing or Business (desirable)
Experience
