Responsibilities

• Supervise administrative staff and healthcare teams.
• Develop and implement patient care protocols.
• Monitor and evaluate the quality of services provided to patients.
• Assist in recruitment and retention of staff.
• Manage patient insurance claims and billing processes.
• Enhance communication between patients and healthcare providers.
• Conduct staff performance assessments and recommend training.
• Participate in strategic planning and policy development.
• Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal health laws.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the healthcare team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare administration
