Job Description

The Youth Development Professional will collaborate with young people to enhance their skills and confidence, helping them achieve their full potential. This role involves designing and delivering engaging programs that foster positive relationships and life skills.

Responsibilities

  • Create and facilitate engaging youth programs that drive participation and positive outcomes.
  • Support young people in building healthy relationships and community involvement.
  • Evaluate program impact and share insights with stakeholders to promote ongoing community engagement.
  • Develop promotional materials to raise awareness of youth programs and encourage participation.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant degree in social sciences or youth work is highly regarded
Experience
  • Experience in program design, implementation, and evaluation
