Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Boarder to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the safety and welfare of boarders while maintaining exceptional care standards.
Responsibilities
Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with child protection laws.
Assist boarders with academic tasks and homework.
Promote a culture of respect and inclusion among the boarders.
Be available to address and support boarders' emotional and social needs.
Contribute to continuous improvement of boarding services.
Requirements
Education
Certificate III in Education Support or equivalent
First Aid and CPR Certificate
Experience
At least 2 years' experience working with children, preferably in a boarding facility.

English: Fluent
Advantageous
Experience in a similar role: Demonstrated experience working in a boarding environment or with at-risk youth.
