Selector

Job Description

Join our warehouse team as a Selector. You will play a key role in selecting, sorting, and packing products, maintaining high productivity and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform product selection and packing for shipping.
• Regularly check and maintain inventory levels.
• Operate forklifts and other machinery safely (if licensed).
• Identify and report discrepancies in product inventory.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of warehouse processes.
• Support incoming and outgoing deliveries and logistics.
• Participate in periodic inventory audits and stocktakes.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Train new staff on handling procedures and equipment.
• Assist in the organization of storage space.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• No experience required; training will be provided.

Technical Skills

• Warehouse Management Systems
• Material Handling Equipment

Certifications

• Forklift License

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Certifications in safety and operations: Relevant safety training or certifications are a plus.
• Fluency in a second language: Ability to communicate in multiple languages is an asset.
