Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostics and repairs on all types of office machinery.
  • Respond to service requests promptly and professionally.
  • Train clients on basic operational procedures for their machines.
  • Conduct regular preventative maintenance on client equipment.
  • Document all repairs and services provided in our ticketing system.
  • Work closely with suppliers for parts and components as needed.
  • Manage inventory of spare parts and tools used for repairs.
  • Provide feedback on common issues for future training and resources.
  • Support team members in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent
  • Relevant industry certifications will be considered an advantage
Experience
  • Experience in a service-based role is a preference
