Job Description

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist who can provide exceptional technical support and administration across varying IT systems within the company. As part of our team in Gold Coast, the ideal candidate will troubleshoot technical issues, assist in system upgrades, and provide training to staff on new technologies, enhancing overall operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to technical support queries and provide resolution.
  • Assist with software installations and updates across the organization.
  • Participate in monitoring and maintaining system performance.
  • Troubleshoot end-user issues on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for IT-related purchases.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation and user manuals.
  • Implement IT policies and procedures to improve service delivery.
  • Conduct regular system backups and disaster recovery testing.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Assist with asset management and inventory control of IT assets.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
