We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead our team in Geelong. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a keen eye for operational efficiency. This role involves overseeing daily warehouse operations, managing inventory, and ensuring safety standards are upheld.

Responsibilities

• Lead the warehouse team in day-to-day operations and tasks.
• Evaluate and optimize warehouse processes for efficiency.
• Handle any discrepancies in inventory with a problem-solving approach.
• Foster a positive team environment and encourage employee development.
• Maintain records of warehouse inventory and stock levels.
• Ensure equipment and machinery are well-maintained and safe to use.
• Collaborate with logistics to improve shipment processes.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Relevant certifications in logistics or supply chain management are a plus

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role, with leadership experience preferred.

Technical Skills

• Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
