Job Description

As an E-commerce Manager, you will spearhead our online sales strategies, focusing on enhancing the customer experience and driving revenue growth. You will oversee the e-commerce platform, manage inventory, and leverage analytics to optimize performance. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing, strong leadership skills, and a knack for innovative problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic planning for digital marketing initiatives, focusing on SEO, PPC, and social media strategies.
  • Implement customer loyalty programs to increase repeat purchases.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and partners.
  • Foster collaboration between departments to ensure cohesive marketing and sales strategies.
  • Review and optimize payment processing systems and customer checkout experience.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in Marketing or E-commerce is preferred
